The founders of K.R.I. Capital Partners have a combined 40 years experience in the real estate, private equity and lending arenas where they have been involved in transactions valued at more than $2 billion. This includes a combined 30 years experience managing and investing personally in multifamily real estate partnership projects where either Mr. Gee or Mr. Lieberman have been the General Partner or Managing Member. It is through this experience that the founders developed the Core Investment Discipline that has enabled them to earn extraordinary returns on their past investments.
